Round Roll-Top Chafing Dish

The Round Roll-Top Chafing Dish is built around its lid. A full stainless steel dome, opened by a polished ball knob, rolls back on its side pivots rather than lifting off, so guests serve themselves without handling it and a server never sets a hot lid down on dressed linen. The bowl is carried in a broad polished band and raised on sweeping scroll legs, with the fuel holder set on a pedestal beneath the water pan. There is no brass on this piece: every surface, from the dome to the feet, is 18/10 stainless steel, mirror-polished and dressed by hand. Specified for breakfast buffets, banquet lines and hotel restaurants where a round format and a clean, uninterrupted line are wanted. Manufactured by Lotus Metal Works, Pakistan, since 1951.
