About our soup tureens & bain marie
Soup stations sit at the front of most buffet lines and are held for long service periods, so heat retention and a clean pour matter. Our tureens are built with heavy-gauge bodies, secure hinged or dome lids, and stable stands that hold temperature without a separate fuel source in shorter services.
Bain marie units perform the related job on the kitchen side — holding multiple pans of sauces, gravies and curries at safe temperature before plating or transfer to the buffet.
Lotus Metal Works has manufactured hotelware in Pakistan since 1951. All items are made in our own facility rather than sourced from third-party factories, and custom sizes, finishes and engraving are available on request.
