About our commercial tandoors
Bread throughput is the bottleneck in most South Asian kitchens, so tandoor sizing determines how fast the whole line can serve. Our units are built with insulated stainless steel outer bodies that stay safer to work beside and consume less fuel than uninsulated builds.
Mobile units on locking industrial castors can be repositioned within a kitchen or wheeled out for live counters at banquets and poolside events. Custom dimensions are available for fixed installations with a specific alcove or counter run to fit.
Lotus Metal Works has manufactured hotelware in Pakistan since 1951. All items are made in our own facility rather than sourced from third-party factories, and custom sizes, finishes and engraving are available on request.
